I am Jamicia Pink Fisher—a prophetess, pastor, educator, strategist, and builder committed to helping people become mature enough to steward what God has entrusted to them.

My work exists at the intersection of spiritual formation and practical execution. I help believers deepen their formation, leaders strengthen their capacity, and ministries and organizations transform vision into structure, systems, and sustainable action.

The Woman Behind the Work

My approach to leadership was not developed in theory alone. It was shaped through years of teaching, administration, ministry leadership, organizational development, and the responsibility of helping people and systems grow.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Finance and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. I spent 16 years in education, including six years in educational administration, developing people, leading teams, solving organizational problems, and creating systems for sustainable performance.

Today, I serve as a pastor and prophetic leader at Sacred Space Ministries and founder of The Formation Collective™, while also working as a strategist, trainer, consultant, and licensed public adjuster.

Across every field, one thread has remained consistent: I see patterns, identify gaps, bring order to complexity, and help people move from knowing what should happen to building what can actually sustain it.

Each expression is rooted in the same assignment: to discern what God is revealing, develop people with the capacity to steward it, establish the structure necessary to sustain it, and move vision into faithful execution.
