I work with leaders and ministries to establish prophetic function that is accountable, ordered, and aligned with spiritual authority.

This is not activation-centered training.
This is formation.

The goal is not to produce prophetic expression, but to cultivate responsible stewardship — where discernment, submission, and jurisdiction are understood and practiced.

 

Prophetic Team Development

I help churches establish and structure prophetic teams that operate in alignment with pastoral leadership and house vision.

This includes team formation, communication protocols, ethical boundaries, and sustainable rhythms of operation — ensuring the prophetic strengthens the church instead of destabilizing it.

 

Leadership Intensives

I conduct focused formation environments for pastors, ministry leaders, and intercessory leaders who carry responsibility within their churches or ministries.

These gatherings address authority, discernment, posture, and boundaries — helping leaders steward the prophetic without overreach, confusion, or disorder.

Participation is limited and reviewed to preserve clarity and alignment within the learning environment.

 

Church Training & Schools of the Prophets

I partner with churches and ministry leadership teams to conduct prophetic formation intensives within their own house.

These environments are customized to the culture, maturity level, and leadership structure of the ministry — strengthening discernment and prophetic stewardship without disrupting pastoral authority or church order.
